Shipping Information

We offer secure, insured shipping on all orders. Once your item has been packaged, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the total value of your order and selected service.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for:

• Engraved items: Up to 7 additional business days
• Backorders: Shipped at no extra cost once available

If an item is out of stock or will need to be made per order, a member of our team will reach out after purchase. As a custom atelier, some items online may not be readily available.

Signature Requirements

For security purposes:

• A signature is automatically required for all deliveries, regardless of any carrier waivers.
• If preferred, an order can be shipped without needing a signature at delivery can be arranged by calling us or emailing directly.
